OPIX has been entrusted with the development of a cutting-edge software solution for a prominent private Human Resources (HR) services company in Greece. This software will enhance the company’s offerings by providing advanced functionality in areas such as skills and competences processing, upskilling, job searching, and matching.
Using natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques, the software will deliver the following key functionalities:
• Data Processing
• European Skills Framework: Develop a framework based on ISCO and ESCO to align with the EU labor market standards.
• Skills Extraction and Enrichment: Extract relevant skills from the client’s dataset and enrich the ESCO CM by adding new occupations not currently listed in ESCO, while ensuring accurate classification within the ESCO KCM.
• Job Matching and Search: Integrate a skill-based job search feature that enables users to filter job vacancies based on newly identified and expanded skill sets.
