Skills analysis in Human Resources data

Opix has been trusted to develop a new software on behalf of a well-known web Human Resources (HR) services private company in Greece, which will provide functionality to its clients regarding skills and competences processing, upskilling, job searching and matching. The software will be developed by applying natural language processing, artificial intelligence-machine learning and statistical modelling techniques and will implement the following functionality:

  1. Gather, transform, clean and normalise the client’s dataset
  2. Develop a framework based on ISCO & ESCO about European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) relevant for the EU labour market (ESCO computational model-ESCO CM)
  3. Extract skills from client's dataset and enrich the ESCO CM; expand ESCO CM with new occupations not found in ESCO; classify new occupations to ESCO KCM.
  4. Integrate into a skill-based job searching service facilitating filtering of job vacancies according to new skills
